ישראל קלר, M.Sc., מנהל ומייסד החברה, הינו המהנדס הוותיק במשרד. בוגר הפקולטה להנדסה אזרחית בטכניון (תואר ראשון 1969 בהצטיינות, ושני 1974) .ניסיונו וידעו הרב בתכנון וביצוע פרויקטים גיאוטכניםמהווים את הבסיס לאמינות שירותי הייעוץ שהמשרד מציע. לישראל ניסיון רב בהתדיינות משפטית בכל הנוגע לביסוס מבנים, יציבות מדרונות וקירות תמך, כעד מומחה בבתי משפט.

Israel Klar, M.Sc., director and founder of the company, is the senior engineer in the office. Graduated with B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in 1969 and M.Sc. (1974) from the faculty of civil engineering in the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. His vast experience and knowledge in geotechnical design and construction processes form the basis for the reliable design and consulting the office offers.  Israelhas had much involvement in aspects of litigation, particularly with foundations problems and also with issues arising from construction of retaining walls, fills and slopes. He is an experienced expert witness.

משה אלזרדל, הנדסאי בניין, בעל ניסיון רב, מעל 30 שנה, בתכנון מבנים, לאחר עבודה במשרד קונסטרוקציה כמתכנן ומנהל משרד. לפני כן, עבד כמהנדס אתר בחברה קבלנית. משה אחראי על תיאום קידוחי ניסיון לפני תחילת עבודה, התאמת התכנון להנחיות והמלצות המשרד. משה גם אחראי על צוות המשרד העוסק בפיקוח עליון. הניסיון הקונסטרוקטיבי הרב של משה מהווה מרכיב חשוב במשרד, ומאפשר שפה משותפת וישירה עם קונסטרוקטורים במתן פתרונות לבעיות קרקע ומבנה.

Moshe Alzaradel, Practical Engineer, has vast experience, of more than 30 years, in structural engineering following his previous work as a structural designer and office manger. Before which, he worked in a construction company as site engineer. Moshe is in charge of coordinating site investigation works, verifying compatibility between design charts and office recommendation/guidelines for foundation design. Moshe is also in charge of the office site supervision team.
